You can add a button that will read all text on a post or page by including [responsivevoice_button] somewhere in the text.

This button provides two parameters for customization:

voice: you can choose which voice will speak. For instance, including [responsivevoice_button voice="Italian Female"] will read the text with the Italian Female voice. The default value is "UK English Female".
buttontext: with this parameter you can change the text displayed in the button. [responsivevoice_button buttontext="Play"] will change the text on the button to "Play". The default value is "Listen to this"

Note that you can include no parameters (in which case the default values will be used), one parameter, or both. ResponsiveVoice will work in any case.
